Michael has been a life long lover of all things technology. A Furman Grad with a degree in Computer Science, Michael has developed a reputation for being the quintessential “Mad Raven”. He has a very particular set of skills and can fix a programming problem in no time.
Pedro
Solutions Architect
Pedro brings nearly 20 years of IT experience across various industries including Telecommunications, Finance, Textiles, Retail and Manufacturing. Pedro holds a degree in Information Technology Management from WGU and an MBA from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University. He has a passion for Cloud Computing, having performed many on-premises to cloud migrations, he is considered the resident “Cloud Evangelist”.
Miriam
Customer Success Manager
With over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service and technical training, Miriam is an expert in leading strategic programs to drive success for our clients. She holds a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from USC Upstate, an MBA from Clemson University and is a certified Scrum Master.
John
Support Engineer
John is a natural leader and has the experience to prove it. As a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force, John distinguished himself by meritorious service as Non-destructive Inspection Journeyman in the 1st Special Operations Maintenance Squadron. As an NDI, he identified possible defects or problems in systems and equipment. John is now supporting our clients, helping safeguard their systems.
